Over the last couple of days I’ve been re-reading two of my early volumes: EMPLOYED, published in 1972 as an Ithaca House Press book by the Director of the graduate program in Creative Writing at Cornell University, where I was an MFA student in poetry. And THE ALLEGED CONCEPTION, published in 1976 by Anselm Parlatore’s Granite Publications. Anselm and I were both students at Cornell, and pals, while he was getting his degree in Medicine. He now lives in Kingston, Washington, and we stay in touch.
